# Activity Log

The Activity page shows everything Crew has done on your behalf — messages, tool usage, scheduled tasks, and files — all in one place.

## What You'll Find

Open **Activity** from the sidebar to see a timeline of everything that's happened:

* **Messages** — Conversations across all channels (web, messengers, email)
* **Tool usage** — When Crew used tools like web search, email, or document creation
* **Scheduled tasks** — Results from your cron jobs
* **Files** — Documents Crew created or received

The newest activity always appears at the top.

## Tabs

Use tabs to filter by source:

| Tab              | What it shows                |
| ---------------- | ---------------------------- |
| All              | Everything in one feed       |
| Web              | Web chat conversations only  |
| Telegram         | Telegram messages            |
| Slack            | Slack messages               |
| Discord          | Discord messages             |
| WhatsApp         | WhatsApp messages            |
| Other messengers | LINE, KakaoTalk, Teams, etc. |
| Email            | Email channel messages       |
| Cron             | Scheduled task results       |
| Tools            | Tool execution logs          |
| Files            | All files                    |

The messenger tab order adapts to your locale — the most commonly used messengers in your region appear first.

## Filters

Under most tabs, you can filter by message direction:

* **All** — Both incoming and outgoing
* **Outgoing** — Messages Crew sent
* **Incoming** — Messages you sent

## Data Retention

Activity logs are kept for 90 days. Older entries are automatically removed to keep things clean.

## Tips

* Use the **Files** tab to quickly find documents Crew created for you
* Check the **Cron** tab to verify your scheduled tasks ran correctly
* Filter by a specific messenger to review conversations in that channel
* The **Tools** tab is helpful for debugging when something didn't work as expected
