# रेफ़रल प्रोग्राम

दोस्तों को Crew invite करें और दोनों credits earn करें।

## कैसे काम करता है

1. Billing page से **referral link** लें
2. दोस्तों, colleagues, या किसी को भी **share करें** जिसे Crew useful लगे
3. Sign up और upgrade करने पर **दोनों credits earn** करते हैं

## Rewards

| Event                    | आप (Referrer) | वे (Referee)  |

| **Sign up**              | 1,000 credits | 1,000 credits |
| **Paid plan पर upgrade** | 5,000 credits | 5,000 credits |

### Example

5 दोस्तों को invite किया। सभी 5 sign up (= आपके 5,000 credits). उनमें से 2 paid plan पर upgrade (= आपके 10,000 credits).

**Total earned: 15,000 credits** — यह लगभग 2,500 AI conversations हैं.

## Referral Link ढूँढना

1. Sidebar में **Billing** पर जाएं
2. **Referral** section तक scroll करें
3. Unique referral link copy करें (format: `https://crew.you/?ref=YOURCODE`)

Referral code account को assign किया unique 8-character code है।

## Referrals Track करना

Billing page दिखाता है:

* **Total Invites**: कितने लोग link से sign up किए
* **Paid Conversions**: कितने referred users ने paid plan upgrade किया
* **Total Earned**: Referrals से earned total credits
* **History**: Referred users की list status के साथ (signed up / converted)

## Rules

* खुद को refer नहीं कर सकते (same email detection)
* हर person सिर्फ़ एक referral link use कर सकता है
* Qualifying action पर credits तुरंत grant
* Referral credits bonus credits के रूप में add (month-to-month carry over)

## Share करने के Tips

* **Colleagues से share करें**: अगर Crew काम में help करता है, coworkers को भी करेगा
* **Social media**: Twitter, LinkedIn, या relevant communities में link post करें
* **दिखाकर बताएं**: Cool Crew feature demonstrate करें और link साथ में share करें
* **Genuine बनें**: बताएं actually Crew किसलिए use करते हैं — authentic recommendations बेहतर convert होती हैं
