चैट की बुनियादी बातें
Chat page वह जगह है जहाँ आप अपने Crew AI assistant से interact करते हैं। यह किसी भी messaging app की तरह काम करता है — अपना request type करें, Enter दबाएं, और response पाएं।
Conversation शुरू करना
New Chat
Sidebar में Chat पर click करें (या C दबाएं) नई conversation शुरू करने के लिए। हर conversation का अपना context होता है, तो AI उस thread में discuss किया गया सब कुछ याद रखता है।
Conversation जारी रखना
आपकी पिछली conversations sidebar में दिखती हैं। किसी भी conversation पर click करें जहाँ से छोड़ा था वहाँ से आगे बढ़ने के लिए। Crew topic के हिसाब से हर conversation का title automatically generate करता है।
Conversations Search करना
S दबाएं या sidebar में search icon पर click करें title या content से conversation history search करने के लिए।
AI कैसे Respond करता है
जब आप message भेजते हैं, Crew:
आपका message और conversation context पढ़ता है
तय करता है कौन से tools use करने हैं (अगर कोई चाहिए)
Tool calls execute करता है (आपको status indicators दिखेंगे जैसे "Web search कर रहा है..." या "Email पढ़ रहा है...")
Natural language में response generate करता है
Tool Call Indicators
जब Crew कोई tool use करता है, तो real-time status card दिखता है:
Web search कर रहा है — Web search चला रहा है
Email पढ़ रहा है — आपके Gmail या Outlook को access कर रहा है
Document बना रहा है — PDF, DOCX, या अन्य file generate कर रहा है
Code चला रहा है — Secure sandbox में Python execute कर रहा है
Calendar check कर रहा है — आपका schedule देख रहा है
ये indicators आपको समझने में मदद करते हैं कि Crew background में क्या कर रहा है।
Rich Responses
Crew के responses में शामिल हो सकते हैं:
Formatted text: Headers, bold, italic, lists, tables, और code blocks
Links: Web pages और resources के clickable URLs
Files: Downloadable documents, images, और अन्य files
Maps: Location-related queries के लिए interactive map cards
Code: Syntax-highlighted code blocks जिन्हें एक click में copy कर सकते हैं
Search results: Web search या news results दिखाने वाले organized cards
Conversation Tips
Specific बनें
जितना ज़्यादा context आप देंगे, उतना बेहतर result मिलेगा।
"एक email लिखो"
"प्रिया को budget meeting के बारे में follow-up email लिखो, presentation के लिए thank you बोलो और Friday तक final numbers माँगो"
"Calendar check करो"
"कल दोपहर को मेरी कौन सी meetings हैं?"
"कुछ search करो"
"South-East Asia में renewable energy startups के बारे में recent news articles ढूँढो"
Multi-Step Tasks
आप Crew से एक ही message में complex, multi-step tasks करवा सकते हैं:
"कल का calendar check करो, external participants वाली meetings ढूँढो, उन लोगों से recent email conversations search करो, और key points summarize करते हुए एक preparation document बनाओ।"
Crew हर step को sequentially complete करेगा, ज़रूरत के हिसाब से multiple tools use करते हुए।
Follow-Up Questions
एक ही conversation में, आप पिछले context पर based follow-up questions पूछ सकते हैं:
आप: "Design team की latest email ढूँढो।" Crew: [Email summary दिखाता है] आप: "उस email का reply करो कि हम design approve करते हैं और Monday तक feedback भेजेंगे।"
Fresh Start
अगर आप पूरी तरह topic बदलना चाहते हैं, तो नई conversation शुरू करें (N दबाएं) ताकि unrelated context से confusion न हो।
बातचीत एक्सपोर्ट करना
बातचीत सेव या शेयर करना चाहते हैं? चैट के ऊपर एक्सपोर्ट बटन (↓) पर क्लिक करके डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं।
PDF — साफ-सुथरा फॉर्मेटेड डॉक्यूमेंट। साथियों के साथ शेयर करने या ज़रूरी बातचीत सहेजने के लिए बढ़िया। हिंदी, अरबी, चीनी, जापानी, कोरियाई समेत सभी भाषाएं सपोर्ट करता है।
Markdown — फॉर्मेटिंग के साथ प्लेन टेक्स्ट। नोट्स, डॉक्स या दूसरे टूल्स में पेस्ट करने के लिए सुविधाजनक।
Conversations Manage करना
Conversations Delete करना
Sidebar में किसी conversation पर hover करें और delete icon पर click करें। यह conversation और उसके messages permanently delete कर देता है।
Activity View
Sidebar में Activity पर जाएं हर channel (web, WhatsApp, Slack, आदि) की सभी conversations की timeline देखने के लिए, साथ ही मेरी फ़ाइलें और tool execution history भी।
