इनसाइट्स क्या हैं?

इनसाइट्स Crew का smart notification system है। आपके पूछने का इंतज़ार करने की बजाय, Crew background में आपकी email और calendar पर नज़र रखता है और helpful updates अपने आप भेजता है।

इसे ऐसे सोचें — जैसे एक personal assistant जो situation समझता है और ज़रूरत पड़ने पर बोलता है, इससे पहले कि आप पूछें।

इनसाइट्स पेज

सारी insights एक जगह मिलती हैं — Insights पेज। इसे sidebar से खोलें या keyboard पर I दबाएं।

यहाँ से आप:

• Insights browse करें एक feed में, सबसे नई ऊपर

• Status से filter करें — New, Read, या Dismissed

• Module से filter करें — सिर्फ़ Morning Briefing, Meeting Prep, वगैरह दिखाएं

• किसी भी insight पर tap करें पूरा content पढ़ने के लिए

• Dismiss करें जो insights नहीं चाहिए

नई insights पर एक colored dot होता है। Tap करते ही automatically read हो जाती है।

Feed के नीचे module cards मिलेंगे जहाँ से आप हर feature on/off कर सकते हैं और settings adjust कर सकते हैं।

उपलब्ध Modules

Insights फ़िलहाल 5 modules देता है:

Meeting Prep	आज की meetings के लोगों और companies की detailed research	हर सुबह (briefing time के साथ sync)
Pre-Meeting Reminder	हर meeting से पहले quick heads-up key points के साथ	हर meeting से पहले (time adjustable)
Commitment Tracker	आपके promises ढूंढता है (और दूसरों के भी) और check करता है कि पूरे हुए या नहीं	हर शाम आपके चुने हुए time पर
VIP Alert	जब आपका boss, कोई important client, या key person email करे तो alert	हर 1–6 घंटे में check

कैसे काम करता है

1. जो modules चाहिए वो on करें Insights पेज से

2. Crew background में चलता रहता है, schedule पर आपकी email, calendar, और contacts check करता है

3. कुछ relevant मिलने पर, insight आपकी feed में दिखती है — और optionally आपके favorite messenger पर भी

कोई prompt लिखने की ज़रूरत नहीं। पूरा automatic है।

Setup करना

1. Sidebar से Insights खोलें (या I दबाएं)

2. नीचे scroll करें module cards तक

3. किसी card पर tap करें on करने के लिए

4. अपना preferred time या frequency चुनें

5. Delivery channel चुनें (Web, Telegram, Slack, वगैरह)

बस इतना — बाकी Crew संभाल लेगा।

क्या customize कर सकते हैं

• Schedule: हर module कब चले set करें (morning briefing का time, meeting prep कितनी देर पहले, वगैरह)

• Delivery Channel: Insights कहाँ आएं — Web, Telegram, Slack, Discord, या LINE

• On/Off: किसी भी module card पर tap करके enable या disable करें

Requirements

सभी modules को Google या Microsoft 365 account चाहिए email और calendar access के साथ। Insights enable करने से पहले Settings → Service Connections में अपना account connect करें।

Delivery Channels

Insights वहाँ deliver होती हैं जहाँ आप चाहें:

• Web — Insights feed में दिखती है (हमेशा)

• Telegram — Direct message के रूप में

• Slack — DM के रूप में

• Discord — DM के रूप में

• LINE — Crew LINE bot से

• KakaoTalk — KakaoTalk channel से

Tip: Insights सबसे useful तब हैं जब आप उन्हें ऐसे messenger पर receive करें जो frequently check करते हों। Telegram और Slack बढ़िया काम करते हैं।

Tips

• Morning Briefing से शुरू करें — Insights की value देखने का सबसे आसान तरीका। एक briefing हर सुबह, और आपका दिन organized शुरू होगा।

• Timing tune करें — Morning Briefing सुबह 7 बजे? Meeting Prep 2 घंटे पहले? Schedule अपने routine के हिसाब से adjust करें।

• Messenger delivery use करें — Telegram या Slack में insights पढ़ना web app खोलने से तेज़ है।

• Commitment Tracker शाम को check करें — इसे workday के end में run करवाएं ताकि घर जाने से पहले कुछ भी follow up कर सकें।
