Scheduled tasks recurring काम automate करने देते हैं। रोज़ Crew से same चीज़ माँगना याद रखने की ज़रूरत नहीं — एक बार set करो और automatically चलने दो।
Scheduled Tasks क्या हैं?
Scheduled task एक instruction है जो आप Crew को देते हैं specific time या recurring schedule पर execute करने के लिए। Task background में run होता है आपके सभी connected tools — email, calendar, web search, document creation, और बहुत कुछ — के full access के साथ।
Scheduled Task बनाना
बस Crew से कुछ set करने को कहें:
"हर सुबह 8 बजे मेरा calendar और email check करो, फिर WhatsApp पर summary भेजो।"
"हर Monday 9 AM को 'AI regulation' की news search करो और summary PDF workspace में save करो।"
"आज शाम 5 बजे expense report submit करने का remind करो।"
Crew task बनाएगा और schedule confirm करेगा।
Schedule Types
One-Time Tasks
Specific date और time पर एक बार run करें:
"कल 3 बजे team को deadline के बारे में email reminder भेजो।"
"15 March 9 AM को check करो invoice payment आई है या नहीं।"
One-time tasks execution के बाद automatically deactivate हो जाते हैं।
Recurring Intervals
हर X minutes, hours, या days में run करें:
"हर 6 घंटे में हमारी company के mentions news में check करो।"
"हर दिन सुबह 9 बजे morning briefing दो।"
"Business hours में हर 2 घंटे urgent emails check करो।"
Schedule Expressions
Advanced users के लिए schedule expression syntax:
"Schedule '0 9 * * 1-5' से scheduled task set करो email check करने के लिए।" (हर weekday 9 AM)
"'0 */4 * * *' पर run करो — हर 4 घंटे stock prices check करो।"

अगर मौजूदा task का interval आपके current plan के minimum से कम है, तो Crew उसे next run के समय pause कर देगा और email भेजेगा ताकि आप उसे फिर से schedule कर सकें या plan upgrade कर सकें।
Credit Consumption
हर task execution regular conversation की तरह credits consume करती है। Cost task की complexity और कितने tools use होते हैं उस पर depend करती है।
Costs manage करने के tips:
Task instructions focused और specific रखें
Appropriate intervals use करें (daily काफ़ी है तो hourly न करें)
Simple data processing के लिए Python script tasks ज़्यादा efficient हैं (AI reasoning step skip होता है)
