# छिपे हुए फ़ीचर्स

Crew में कई powerful features हैं जो तुरंत obvious नहीं हैं। यहाँ best ones हैं।

## Cross-Channel Conversation Lookup

**Feature:** Crew किसी भी connected channel — web, WhatsApp, Slack, Discord, Telegram, Teams, LINE, या KakaoTalk — की conversations read और reference कर सकता है।

## Scheduled Tasks में Secret Injection

**Feature:** Scheduled tasks `{{KEY_NAME}}` placeholders से stored API keys securely reference कर सकते हैं।

**क्यों powerful है:** Credentials expose किए बिना authentication वाले workflows automate करें।
