Morning Briefing & Commitment Tracker

These modules run once a day at a time you choose, helping you start and end your day with everything you need to know.

Morning Briefing

Runs: Every morning at your chosen time (default: 8:00 AM) Requires: Google account (email + calendar)

Your personal morning newspaper. Crew scans your email and calendar overnight and sends you a concise summary before you even open your inbox.

What You'll See

  • Today's schedule — Every meeting with time, location, and who's attending

  • Emails that need attention — The most important unread emails, prioritized by sender and urgency

  • Things to remember — Commitments, deadlines, and anything Crew knows you shouldn't forget

Example

Good morning! Here's your Tuesday briefing:

📅 Schedule (3 meetings)

  • 10:00 AM — Product Review with Design Team (Conference Room A)

  • 2:00 PM — 1-on-1 with Manager (Virtual)

  • 4:30 PM — Client Call with Acme Corp — first time meeting Sarah Chen

📬 Emails to handle

  • Budget approval from Finance — needs your sign-off today

  • John at Acme asked about the revised timeline — you said you'd reply by Monday

  • HR is requesting availability for Thursday

⚡ Don't forget

  • Q4 report due by end of week

  • You promised to share pricing with Acme before your 4:30 call

Settings

  • Time: When you want the briefing (e.g., 7:00 AM, 8:30 AM)

  • Delivery: Web, Telegram, Slack, Discord, or LINE

Best For

  • Getting a structured start without checking email

  • Knowing exactly who you're meeting and what's pending

  • Never forgetting a promise you made

Commitment Tracker

Runs: Every day at your chosen time (default: 5:00 PM) Requires: Google account (email)

Crew reads your sent emails and finds promises you made — and promises others made to you. Then it checks whether they were followed through.

What It Tracks

  • Your promises: Things you said you'd do ("I'll send the report by Friday", "Let me check and get back to you")

  • Their promises: Things others told you they'd do ("I'll share the proposal tomorrow", "Expect the numbers by EOD")

  • Completion status: Crew checks your sent folder and inbox for evidence that each promise was kept

Example

Your commitment check for today:

✅ Completed

  • Sent revised pricing to John at Acme (promised 3 days ago) — confirmed via email today

🔴 Overdue (2)

  • "I'll send the budget breakdown" → promised to Finance, 5 days ago — no follow-up found

  • "Will review the mockups by Wednesday" → promised to Design team — deadline was yesterday

⏳ Due soon

  • "I'll share the Q4 report by end of week" → promised to your manager

👀 Waiting on others

  • Sarah at Acme said she'd send the signed contract "by Thursday" — not received yet

Want me to draft follow-up emails for the overdue items?
