Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your Crew account and all associated data at any time. This is an irreversible action.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Go to Settings in the sidebar

  2. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section

  3. Click Delete Account

  4. Read the warning carefully — it explains exactly what will be deleted

  5. Type DELETE (in capital letters) to confirm

  6. Click the confirmation button

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, all of the following are permanently erased:

  • Conversations: All chat history across web and messenger connections

  • Files: Everything in My Files

  • Memories: All stored memories, preferences, and agent personalizations

  • Connected services: OAuth tokens for Google, Microsoft, GitHub, Notion, etc. are revoked and deleted

  • Messenger connections: All connected channels (WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram, Discord, LINE, KakaoTalk, Teams) are disconnected

  • Scheduled tasks: All cron jobs and scheduled tasks are removed

  • Missions: All active and past missions are deleted

  • Billing: Your subscription is cancelled (no further charges)

  • Proactive settings: All proactive intelligence configurations are removed

  • Activity logs: All usage history and logs are deleted

Important Notes

  • This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

  • If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled automatically. No further charges will be made.

  • If you want to use Crew again after deletion, you'll need to create a new account from scratch.

  • Consider downloading any important files from My Files before deleting your account.

Alternatives to Deletion

If you're not sure about permanent deletion, consider these options:

  • Pause your subscription: Downgrade to the Free plan to stop charges while keeping your data

  • Clear conversation history: Go to Settings → Agent Memory → Reset to clear conversations without deleting your account

  • Disconnect services: Remove individual service connections (Google, Microsoft, etc.) from Settings → Service Connections
