What You Can Do

Searching Pages

"Search my Notion for pages about the product roadmap."

"Find the meeting notes from last week in Notion."

Reading Pages

"Read the contents of the 'Q4 Goals' page on Notion."

"What does the project brief say on Notion?"

Editing Pages

"Add a new section to the project roadmap page with these bullet points..."

"Update the status in the tasks database for the 'Homepage Redesign' entry to 'In Progress'."

Working with Databases

"List all items in my 'Tasks' database where status is 'To Do'."

"Create a new entry in the 'Meeting Notes' database with today's date."

Practical Scenarios

Meeting Documentation

"Take these meeting notes and add them to my Notion 'Meeting Notes' database with the correct date and attendees."

Project Updates

"Read the current project timeline from Notion, check my Google Calendar for upcoming deadlines, and update the Notion page with any scheduling conflicts."

Knowledge Base

"Search my Notion knowledge base for our refund policy and draft a customer email based on it."

Important Notes

  • Crew can only access pages and databases you explicitly shared during the Notion connection setup

  • To grant access to additional pages, disconnect and reconnect Notion, selecting the new pages

  • Notion's API has rate limits — very large databases may require paginated access
