# Power User Workflows

These are advanced workflows that combine multiple Crew features for maximum productivity.

## The Ultimate Morning Routine

**Setup:** Connect Google (Gmail + Calendar), set up Proactive Intelligence, connect a messenger.

### Automated Part (Proactive Intelligence)

1. Enable **Morning Briefing** (8:00 AM) → delivered to Telegram
2. Enable **Meeting Prep** (90 min before meetings) → delivered to Slack
3. Enable **Email Watchdog** (every 2 hours) → delivered to Telegram

### Manual Part (When You're Ready)

> "Based on this morning's briefing, draft responses to the 3 most urgent emails and schedule focus time for the afternoon."

## Sales Professional Workflow

### Daily Prospecting (Scheduled Task)

> "Every weekday at 8:30 AM: Search for recent news about \[client company], check my email for any messages from them, look at my calendar for upcoming meetings with them, and send me a prep brief on Slack."

### Before Client Meetings

> "Research \[company name] — find their latest news, funding rounds, key executives, and any recent product launches. Create a one-page brief PDF."

### After Client Meetings

> "Draft a follow-up email to \[client name] summarizing our discussion: \[key points]. Also create a meeting notes document and save it to Drive."

### Pipeline Tracking (Scheduled Task)

> "Every Friday at 4 PM: Check my sent emails for any that haven't received a reply in 3+ days from potential clients. List them with the original subject and suggest follow-up messages."

## Content Creator Workflow

### Research Phase

> "Search for trending topics about \[niche]. Check the top 10 articles, analyze what makes them successful, and suggest 5 content ideas with outlines."

### Writing Phase

> "Using the outline for idea #3, write a full blog post. Use a conversational tone, include data points from the research, and optimize for SEO."

### Multi-Platform Publishing

> "Take the blog post and create: 1) A Twitter thread (10 tweets), 2) A LinkedIn post, 3) An Instagram caption, 4) A newsletter intro. Adapt the tone for each platform."

### Visual Assets

> "Generate a featured image for the blog post — modern, minimalist, with the title 'The Future of Remote Work' overlaid."

## Data Analyst Workflow

### Data Pipeline (Scheduled Task)

> "Every Monday at 7 AM: Download the weekly report from \[API URL] using {{API\_KEY}}, process it with Python (calculate WoW changes, flag anomalies), create charts, generate a PDF report, and email it to <analytics@company.com>."

### Ad-Hoc Analysis

> \[Upload dataset] "Explore this dataset: show me the shape, column types, missing values, and basic statistics. Then find the 3 most interesting insights and create visualizations for each."

### Cross-Source Analysis

> "Read the sales data from Google Drive, get the latest customer feedback from my email, and combine them to find correlations between satisfaction scores and revenue per customer."

## Project Manager Workflow

### Weekly Status Report (Scheduled Task)

> "Every Friday at 3 PM: Review this week's emails and calendar meetings. Compile a status report with: what was accomplished, decisions made, blockers identified, and next week's priorities. Save as DOCX and email to stakeholders."

### Meeting Orchestration

> "I need to schedule a 1-hour project review with Sarah, John, and Lisa next week. Check everyone's availability using my calendar (they're all on my guest lists from previous meetings), find a common slot, and send the invite."

### Stakeholder Communication

> "Draft an executive update email about the project. Include: milestone status (we completed Phase 2 this week), next milestones (Phase 3 starts Monday), risks (supply chain delay possible), and budget status ($42K of $50K spent). Keep it under 200 words."

## Developer Workflow

### Code Review Prep

> "Show me all open PRs in my-org/api-server that are more than 3 days old. Summarize what each one changes."

### Bug Investigation

> "Search my GitHub issues in my-org/frontend for reports about the login page. Cross-reference with any related emails from the QA team. Summarize the likely root cause."

### Automated Code Changes

> "In my-org/docs, update all code examples to use the v3 API syntax. Create a PR with the changes."

### Documentation

> "Read the README in my-org/api-server, check if it matches the current codebase structure, and create a PR to update any outdated sections."

## Personal Productivity

### Language Learning Routine

1. Enable **Language Tutor** proactive module (9:00 AM, WhatsApp)
2. Practice during commute by replying on WhatsApp
3. Weekly review: "How many words have I learned this month? Quiz me on the ones I got wrong."

### Health & Habits

1. Enable **Habit Tracker** proactive module (9:00 PM, Telegram)
2. Track daily: exercise, reading, meditation, water
3. Monthly review: "Show me my habit completion rates for this month and suggest improvements."

### Price Watching + Auto-Alerts

> "Add to my watchlist: Sony WH-1000XM5 under $250, iPad Air under $500, Nike Air Max under $120."

Enable **Price Monitor** proactive module — Crew checks prices every 6 hours and alerts you.

## Multi-Channel Communication Pattern

### Work Mode (Desktop)

Use **web chat** for complex tasks that need file uploads, long responses, and document creation.

### Mobile Mode (Commute)

Use **Telegram/WhatsApp** for quick questions, checking email, and reviewing the morning briefing.

### Meeting Mode (In meetings)

Use **Slack** for quick lookups: "What's the client's budget?" or "When's our next milestone deadline?"

### Offline Mode (Driving)

Use **Driving Mode** for completely hands-free calendar checks, email summaries, and weather.

All conversations are connected — start on one platform, continue on another using cross-channel conversation lookup.

## Tips for Power Users

1. **Invest 10 minutes in setup**: Connect Google, link 2 messengers, enable 3 proactive modules. This one-time setup pays dividends every day.
2. **Use scheduled tasks for recurring work**: If you do it more than twice a week, automate it.
3. **Build a memory profile**: Tell Crew about your team, clients, preferences, and work context. The more it knows, the less you need to explain each time.
4. **Combine tools creatively**: Email + Calendar + Drive + Code = powerful automated workflows.
5. **Start conversations with context**: "I'm preparing for the Q4 board meeting. Help me..." gives Crew immediate focus.
6. **Review Activity regularly**: Check the Activity page to see how you're using Crew across channels and optimize.
