# Todo List

Your personal task list, right inside Crew. Add tasks yourself, or let Crew pick them up from your conversations and emails automatically.

## The Todo Page

Open **Todo** from the sidebar. Here's what you can do:

* **Add tasks** using the input field at the top
* **Set deadlines** with the calendar button next to the input
* **Mark tasks as done** by tapping the checkbox
* **Delete tasks** you no longer need
* **Filter** by All, Pending, or Completed

Tasks with deadlines are sorted by due date — the most urgent ones show up first.

## Adding Todos

Type what you need to do and press Enter. Want to set a deadline? Tap the calendar icon next to the input field and pick a date.

## How Crew Adds Todos

Crew picks up tasks automatically from what you're already doing:

* **From conversations** — say "remind me to review the proposal" and Crew creates a todo for you
* **From emails** — Crew extracts action items from your emails and adds them to the list
* **From scheduled tasks** — your cron jobs can create follow-up tasks automatically

Auto-created todos show their source, so you always know where they came from.

## Managing Todos

* **Complete**: tap the checkbox — the task moves to Completed
* **Undo**: tap the undo button to bring a task back to Pending
* **Delete**: tap the trash icon to permanently remove a task
* **Filter**: switch between All, Pending, and Completed to focus on what matters

## Tips

* **Let Crew handle it** — just say "add this to my todo" in any conversation
* **Use email extraction** — ask "find action items in my recent emails" and Crew does the rest
* **Check deadlines** — tasks display their due dates so nothing slips through
* **Combine with calendar** — try "block time for my top 3 tasks" to turn todos into calendar events
